I’ve been here twice and the only reason they received two stars is because the employees that serviced me were nice. My toes the first time around weren’t as bad as these, but I’m very disappointed in spending 50$ for this. The guy who does my toes doesn’t polish, so the ladies who did the polishing need to be unemployed for this work! What is this!? It really looks like a child painted my toes. No, I’m not going back to complain or have them polished again, but I did decide to blast y’all in the reviews because people need to see what I experienced and try your services at their own risk! I liked the way Nikki did my pedicures but NOT MY NAILS! I got dip and not even a week later they started coming off the tip of my nails! She was also telling a coworker if it was okay that she used the wrong number for the dip process. I understand Vietnamese &everything they were talking about. Then when I came in to show them that my nails were already coming off another employee said in viet “here comes the picky girl” &Nikki stated that I was “delusional” cause I overheard her stating that she used the wrong product. Very unprofessional, will NOT be returning!
