I cashed a live check from them.
The people who answered the phones are extremely rude and unprofessional.
I had to call their parent company to help pay off my loan.
They are not up to par with technology. They don't give you access to an online payment system. You're not able to check your account status online or make payments online, As soon as the new month comes. They start calling harassing you every day to make a payment. You are only able to make a payment over the phone or go in person which makes it inconvenient.

The girls here are amazing! Friendly & they make you feel welcomed. The place is also clean. I would recommend this place to anyone in ever need of a short term loan. They greet you with kindness & are eagerly ready to help you with your needs. Irene displays true leadership. Great job girls!
