Quick shout out to Americas RV Techs. Had issues with few things - namely AC system on last leg. Austin checked system out and even though it was limping along I decided to replace it. Austin ordered a great replacement and got it installed super fast. Super happy with it. Austin even helped confirm a few things and provide info so I could repair other things on my own. Great service with reasonable pricing. Highly recommend them.

I had some problems with my oven trying to light the pilot light and keep it lit. A lot of the problems seem to be with the control knob and Austin took a look at it and did some troubleshooting. He got his required documentation on it, sending it to Keystone and got it authorized as a warranty repair. Keystone sent him the parts to come replace the full manifold for the whole stove to fix it. I also had a problem with a leaking Dometic toilet. The leak only appeared at the base and just had a bead of water around the base at the floor. Never could find if there was an actual leak, but when we pulled the toilet off and looked under the base it just looked like it was sweating, there is no real leak to be indicated. Again, Austin took photos did some research and submitted the required documentation to Keystone and had it authorized as a warranty repair. A brand new toilet was shipped and he replaced mine with the new one. I had questions about other things that I've encountered that he had no problem answering while he was doing the repairs. I would recommend Austin and his company for any type of repair that you may need on your RV. I have a 2022 Montana that was still under warranty since we purchased it as new old stock. Since we are snowbirding and we're currently living in it, his service was very helpful so we didn't have to pull up stakes and take it to a dealership.
