Tracey Custom Homes was referred to us by a home builder. This was our first experience in drawing up plans for a new build. We didn’t know what to expect going into our first consultation and wasn’t sure what details we’d need. Roy and his team took their time and sat with us until they had all the details to start the plans. They were able to strategically place everything we asked for in spite of the inevitable challenges of building codes. Everyone we worked with there were extremely knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. We cannot wait to see their work come to fruition. We highly recommend them for anyone looking to build their custom home.
