I texted BJ on a Monday- he came to my house same day and diagnosed our leak. He was so kind and professional- he even let me listen to the bubbles and explained in detail the problem and solution. When he left he said- “I’ll send you a quote and if you don’t end up using me that’s okay- just be sure to let them know the leak is right there.” That solidified our decision to choose him. He was fair- he was attentive- and he was hands on. My water was off for a very short time and they even replanted my flowers after they tunneled to the leak. I cannot recommend them enough.
