They are small so yes, it may take a while to hear back from the them but I feel it is worth it for the personalized service. Regarding the Data Breach, unfortunately this is reality today. My background is tech and trust me when I say we all must work as a team to mitigate the constant barrage of attacks; get a monitoring service, turn on credit freezes, etc. And Patti has made some very appropriate upgrades to their security as well; please use their secure portal as a client ...bit of a pain but totally worth it!!“
