Complete scam of a company. Offered us a lifetime guarantee for their incredibly overpriced windows two years ago, only to now have their phone lines disconnected and website down when I need a repair. They must have known they were going out of business and offered the lifetime guarantee as a last ditch effort to get customers. It's sad that such dishonesty exists in our world.

We wanted a picture window for our horizon view from our dining table area and 3 additional windows for the living room. They were the 1st & only company I called based on google reviews. Ed was very professional and knows his stuff. The 3 month wait was so worth it!! Can't rush perfection! We are so very very happy with our Williams Windows and will be using them again to replace all our other windows in the house.Service: Window installation
