Jorge came to our house and did a fantastic job of addressing our rat problem. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our house was taken care of. I couldn't recommend him more. Best in the business!
Terminix arrived a day early! They were professional, friendly, honest and quick! Worked very independently and they were not afraid of the many wasp I had around my house! Superior work done by James and Jorge, another guy who name I didn’t catch and their manager in the wasp suit! Employees like these make you forget about your pest! The technician, James Gipson, was amazing. He was very thorough. He explained all his findings and showed me what he and his crew were doing. He took pictures and told me he would follow up in a few days to make sure my issues had been resolved. I was pessimistic about contacting Terminix because of pricing, but I'm so glad I did. It was money well spent. Mr Gipson was patient and professional. He made this nerve racking experience a good one.
