Kristen was fantastic! Let's face it, these kinds of things can be a little awkward, but she was so personable and kind and made my waxing experience virtually pain-free! I will definitely be back!
I was very nervous to start waxing, especially a Brazilian, but after working with Krystel, I’m hooked. She’s makes you feel so comfortable, the results are amazing and she’s so knowledgeable and helpful with after care and maintenance. As a person of color that had issues with ingrowns and hyperpigmentation, her knowledge and guidance was huge and have completely cleared up any issues I had. I also started facials with her and just in the last few months, I’ve seen such a difference. Krystel is literally the best. I found her upon moving to Dallas two years ago and have been with her since then. She provides a comfortable, safe space and strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and hanging with my homegirl.
