I’d been having issues with a smart start device and Abe went above and beyond to help me get it sorted even staying after close to help me out. After a long day of dealing with people that didnt seem to care Abe made sure I was all set and I couldn’t be more appreciative. Even beyond the smart start Abe and New Image have a customer for life in me and Ill be telling everyone I know.
Absolute pleasure to deal with. Abe is really helpful, and courteous. From the consultation on the phone to when I meet the man in store. Rare people address you by your name, but he did. Spend time explaining to me the products, show me install pictures and what they plan to do. Here to fix my messed up attempt at DIY dash cam install, and to get some interior lights. The Installers were quick, and the cost is very reasonable. Shop is super clean, plenty of products, even have snacks, drinks and a TV for waiting customers. Definitely go back for my audio and lighting needs. (They do other stuff too check their website)
Had my tint done here and I have to say I'm very satisfied with the work they did. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about every single product/service they provide. I will definitely come here in the future for more work done to my vehicle. Their shop is very clean and have a nice waiting area for you to hang out while they work on your ride.
