This eye exam office was outstanding. From the moment we started communicating, the front desk staff was attentive, flexible, and genuinely willing to help, and they were able to squeeze us in on a Friday.
The optometrist was incredibly knowledgeable and immediately recognized the urgency of my husband’s situation. He went above and beyond by personally finding an appointment with an ophthalmologist for the very next day, even though it was a Saturday and offices were closed. They even followed up on Saturday afternoon to make sure we had been seen by the specialist. We are deeply grateful for their compassion, responsiveness, and exceptional care.

The receptionist Nydia was so helpful with my parents when it came to translating and explaining the process to them. Definitely will go with the exceptional service she provided to my parents.

(Love Dr Utang Ekpo!). I've followed Williams eye care from when they were in the original Collin Creek Mall. Back then it was a one man show. It's long gone! He has since relocated to various areas. I have written a review on this business before. Somehow it appears to have disappeared. I've seen multiple doctors that have come and gone in this practice. Thus far all my favorite doctors have been female! They are more aware, they listen, and they actually will act upon a patients complaint. My complaint was my dry eyes!!!
