This eye exam office was outstanding. From the moment we started communicating, the front desk staff was attentive, flexible, and genuinely willing to help, and they were able to squeeze us in on a Friday.
The optometrist was incredibly knowledgeable and immediately recognized the urgency of my husband’s situation. He went above and beyond by personally finding an appointment with an ophthalmologist for the very next day, even though it was a Saturday and offices were closed. They even followed up on Saturday afternoon to make sure we had been seen by the specialist. We are deeply grateful for their compassion, responsiveness, and exceptional care.
The receptionist Nydia was so helpful with my parents when it came to translating and explaining the process to them. Definitely will go with the exceptional service she provided to my parents.
(Love Dr Utang Ekpo!). I've followed Williams eye care from when they were in the original Collin Creek Mall. Back then it was a one man show. It's long gone! He has since relocated to various areas. I have written a review on this business before. Somehow it appears to have disappeared. I've seen multiple doctors that have come and gone in this practice. Thus far all my favorite doctors have been female! They are more aware, they listen, and they actually will act upon a patients complaint. My complaint was my dry eyes!!! I could not keep enough refresh tears drops in my eyes for years. I go every year for an eye exam. Need to take care of your eyes and ears! Gotta be able to see to enjoy the beauty surrounding you! This Awsome person, Dr Expo, took the time to actually test my eyes and really look at them to justify my complaint! I went to my pharmacy and the script Restasis .05% drops was denied. Pfffft. My pharmacy sent a note to the doc telling them I was denied. Within 24 hours my script for Restasis was approved! Amazing! This medication is SUPER expensive. I have insurance and I was not willing to pay out of pocket hundreds of dollars. Dr Expo stayed on top of it and I got approval for a super expensive medication to fix my dry eyes which in turn improved my vision. I cannot be any happier. I felt results immediately. Highly recommend Dr Ekpo for your eye care needs. August 2024
