Fair Oaks Ranch Veterinary is a compassionate and understanding veterinary practice. The staff, including Dr. Kelsey and Dr. Carriker, are known for their kindness and thorough explanations to pet owners. The front desk team, including Krystal, Hailey, and Heather, provide excellent service. The practice is affordable and efficient, with a thoughtful community spirit. One notable instance is a black dog and young fawn scene filmed in a staff member's yard, which was shared on YouTube.
I was referred to Kelsey Smith by a friend for a concern I had with my 10 year old GSP. I cannot say how grateful I was for her depth of knowledge, kindness, bedside manner and honesty. She listened, offered solutions and worked with our timeline. The office staff was friendly, on point and professional with their communication. In what was easily some of the worst moments of my life, Dr. Smith was a bright spot. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone for any reason.
Have been bringing our pups here since 2018. The front desk is always AWESOME! Thank you Heather and Haley. The Drs. Jaci and Kelsey are phenomenal in their care and support of our pets. Everyone takes their time and listens to what you have to say. We highly recommend the Drs. and staff at Fair Oaks Ranch Vet.
The entire staff could be described as efficient and friendly; Murph (pictured below) agrees wholeheartedly. The facility was clean, and our veterinarian had gentle, calming hands with my dog.
