Unfortunately, we were forced to need these services twice in the same year. From the moment I contacted Freddy, everything was smooth and easy. He is very professional, respectful, and compassionate, and never attempts to profit from the pain of the situation.
They did an excellent job with my mother-in-law; she looked beautiful. Nine months later, I contacted him again for my mom. She requested something simple cremation, no viewing, the ashes to be disposed of, and not to have them kept at home for more than 24 hours. Freddy respected all of our wishes completely. Losing our baby back in April was not easy. We never imagined that instead of planning a baby shower we would have to be organizing her funeral. Although these were very hard moments Freddy helped us through the whole process. He was very friendly, patient and caring. He helped with every detail and was very supportive of the ideas that we had. He also gave us some advises on things we would have never thought but at the end had so much meaning. Thank you Freddy for your professionalism and kindness that helped us so much during these difficult moments.
