“Nancy did an amazing job with my 7- not so patient yr old! He did well in her hands, was at ease and pleased with her approach. She embraced him, took into consideration his uneasiness and soothed him into the process. Even welcomed his opinion and made him feel valued and part of the process. Whereas prior to her he dreaded haircuts, was uneasy which in turn made me uneasy- hairdresser’s approach made it even more challenging. Often cut him or left him uneven, was blatantly forceful- as she deemed him “difficult.” Leaving us to feel he perhaps was, prolonging appointments as much possible- glad we didn’t settle and found Nancy to grant us an entire different, positive experience and shed the label on my son! In addition to all of it- the haircut was even, blended and meticulous! Despite it being for a child- she took him seriously and left him with quality hair. The 7 “difficult” yr old deems her a nice person who cut his hair AWESOME and is gentle!“
