This pool service company is really good. Anything I have an issue with my pool the owner himself comes to my house asap and takes care of the issue. If he is unable he will let me know he can't help me

Whenever I have a problem with my pool, I call Lance at Certified Pools of Eustace, Texas. They always respond promptly repair the problem immediately. Two years ago, I had an electrical problem with my pool equipment. Lance came out later that day, made the repair, and had my pool back and running in less than 30 minutes. Yesterday, I called Certified Pools because the heater on my spa was not working. I left a message but Debbie called me back within 10 minutes. She scheduled an appointment for the following day. We are so thankful that we found Debbie and Lance! After trying to work with other so called pool services, we finally found someone that actually shows up when they say they will and do the repairs that are promised to get done. Very grateful they had an opening to put us on a weekly schedule for maintenance.
