Called out for AC and started quoting for doors, windows and insulation. Told me that I needed a smaller AC unit while also telling me that there was nothing wrong with the AC unit. While they were here I was saying the AC unit stopped running while it was set to 73 and the house was 78. Basically blew that off and was trying to quote me to build a whole house. Also while I was on the phone scheduling an appointment I had multiple missed calls from other people in the company trying to schedule appointments.
