We have been calling Peggy and her crew at AC Lady for over 10 years. We wouldn't trust any other company with our business. She has literally walked me through repairs over the phone and Daniel just left after the world's fastest, most efficient, COOLEST (pun intended) service call. We can already feel the house cooling down. Y'all's professionalism, fair pricing, trustworthiness, and commitment to problem solving is always appreciated.

What a GREAT experience. I bet no one says that about having to utilize an HVAC company; ever. But…that is exactly my sentiments, and here’s why.
I had used the same HVAC company for years and they were a company I could trust; they were reliable, told me the truth, and I felt I received a fair price for the work they performed on my behalf. Well, that company was purchased by a larger company and I decided to give the new company a try….especially since my downstairs unit was on the fritz and it is 98 degrees outside. My AC started making a loud noise, so called the AC lady. My technician Jaymes came out SAME DAY! Wow! He diagnosed the problem and told me exactly what it would cost to fix. Now, my AC is running smooth again! Thanks again Jaymes for the fix and transparency in resolving my issue.
