Our roof was damaged during a storm a few months ago so we called Servpro. They had a crew out to tarp the roof to get us through the rest of the week as rain was in the forecast, then when the weather permitted, they came to meet with me and my adjuster to discuss necessary repairs going forward. They handled the entire process, and I'm thankful they did because I've never had to deal with insurance and didn't know what to do. After everything was approved, they made quick work of repairing the roof and eliminating any sign of damage from the storms.
