Being 3 hrs from my aging parents, who have already had a not so good experience with roofer/gutter guys, I needed a company that I had "long distance" confidence in. Very customer oriented. Goes out of their way to please and make satisfied customers. A pleasure to deal with. The owner brought samples of shingles out to our house several times on Richland Chambers Lake and installed some on the roof so we could visualize and used drone to show us things. Very patient with customer's indecision.
