The staff is always friendly and welcoming, even on their busiest days. They are well-trained and professional, and customers have no problems with them. The grooming services are of high quality, and the pets are happy after their visits. The appointments process is efficient, with customers receiving a time slot between 7-11 am and the order based on first-come, first-served. The grooming is thorough and takes around 3 hours, giving customers time to run errands or relax.
Update: We recently had our dog pass away this past Thursday. A few days before she passed, she went into the salon and I mentioned to them that we weren't sure when it would happen but it's coming. It was hard to leave her because she didn't want to go. But I wanted her be bathed and smell beautiful before it happened. They took care of her with such kindness and love. I'm so glad that she had one final spa day before she passed away. I really couldn't recommend a better place to take care of your pups.
Love this place! My dog is always taken care of. She comes in scared but comes out jumping happily when I pick her up. They spoil her rotten lol.
Lucky love grooming… what can I say? They are one of the best grooming services in Ennis!!! Not only they do an excellent job with grooming dogs but they have an incredible staff that are ALWAYS friendly. The staff always try their best to make you feel welcome and comfortable, even on their busiest days when everyone can be overwhelmed with work. I had no problem with anyone there. Everyone is well trained and professional there and definitely need a raise. This place deserves the 5 star ratings they get, I highly recommend bringing your dog here for grooming!!! I will for sure be coming back to this service!!!
I've been taking my baby, Sugar, here for years. They are the best, always quick to get in, and if there's a wait, it's well worth it! They do a beautiful and thorough grooming, and Sugar is happy, too!
