Called and specifically asked for an appointment with Attorney Brad McCampbell as he had helped us before and this was the phone number that I still had for him. Was given a date and time for the appointment with McCampbell. After a 25 mile drive to the office, when we arrived for the appointment, we were told that McCampbell had retired and that whomever had made our appointment was new and had made a “mistake”. We were told that we were scheduled to see Phillip Alexander. We were mislead into making this appointment with a different attorney rather than the one we had clearly requested. Were we intentionally mislead?
