Ok, so this places sucks. I have been over charged & there have been times where I come back too pick up, and they can't find my one item. Their service is terrible just another place in Elgin that makes people have to comute else where for decent service. * This is a good place if you work for the local law enforcement agencies like most long time established businesses in Bastrop county.

Horrible! My Polo shirt was damaged! The owner has not contacted me to pay for the Damages. Because there is no other cleaners in town I have been going here faithfully for 22 years. With that being said the owner refuses to pay the cost of the shirt which is $138.00. I’m sure the money spent over the 22 years out ways the cos of my Polo shirt. Bad Business!!! I will look for service outside of Elgin.

HORRIBLE. . My Jean blouse is missing the bow. I took the blouse as you can see from photos and got it back with an empty loop, and they said they don’t have it. Clearly you took it off! Not to mention the wrinkles! Now I have to iron my clothes before I can wear them. I would give zero stars if it was possible!
