James and his team are super nice and they always go above and beyond. Friendly and professional. They changed all our old pvc pipes to pex pipes to prevent pipes busting agaun during a winter freeze. Piping Underneath the house are all covered and ready. Texas freeze was very traumatic last year. Luckily James was there to take our call and immediately came to help us. This year we decided pex pipes would be a better solution. I had an outgoing plumbing nightmare at 9pm on a Wednesday night! There was yucky water everywhere in my house. James came right away and found a razor in my outgoing pipe. He fixed it right away that night and came back a couple of days later to replace 90° angle with two 45°™angles to avoid further issues. Reasonably priced too!! After the winter storm of 2021 hit, we had initially thought we only had two busted pipes. After calling 5 other plumbers with nobody answering, Ervin plumbing answered and came out the same day to investigate the issue. Upon further inspection, they found many more busted pipes and assisted us in repairing them. Throughout the whole thing, James did a great job and was very friendly and courteous, offering exceptional customer service. A big thing to note was the fact that they gave a VERY fair price for the amount of work they did.
