We have been going to Elgin Pediatrics for 3 years now. We have seen a couple of different doctors, but have had pretty great experiences with them all. There have been mostly friendly faces around the office, especially as of late. Some nurses are more nurturing than others, but I've never felt ignored or a lack of empathy. While some improvements can be made to the overall office experience to make it a more warm & welcoming environment, we have no plans to change care for the time being. The billing department can be a little tricky, but aren't all billing departments that way?

Would NOT RECOMMEND! I went in for a check up! Office was hot. Front desk lady was rude and acted like I was bothering her until she got a personal call and actually sounded enthused. My 3 year old stated that she didn't like it! Please save your time and go some where else. Facility including the bathroom was dirty as well.Also someone wasn't doing there job because I got a billfor $300+ a wellness check up, icing on the cake of why we will not return.

I’ve never had a problem with them until these past times. I had an appointment and I had to wait over an hour. Then another time I called to see if they could see my daughter that had been running a fever for 5 days and they couldn’t schedule anything.
