Update: Went by today and talked to Sean. He was very understanding in addressing my concerns. He checked both pairs of glasses and determined the online glasses were a little stronger prescription. I have an appointment for a quick exam to verify. Thanks to Sean for helping me. Changing my review as I think things will turn out in a good way. ************** My appointment was on 11/12 the exam was thorough and I had confidence in the optometrist, Dr Rutkowski. I wear progressive bifocals and my distance vision changed slightly but my reading vision did not. Glasses were supposed to take 3 weeks but didn't come in until 12/31.... read full review

Great place for eye care, especially for VSP patients! They helped me get great glasses within my budget. On top of the fact that everyone is pleasant, they know their business and are there to help! I was not pressured in an upsale. Everything was above board and very pleasant!

The staff and optometrist were excellent. The receptionist was very protective of my personal information and I was very happy about that. The young gentleman that waited patiently while I picked a frame and searched for information for me about other colored frames. He did a great job. Thank you to Dr. Rutkowski for your knowledge and patience with new clients. I appreciate your expertise and respectful nature. Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and safe New Year.
