This will be a long post to get all my thoughts in, my apologies in advance.I spent 20 days here, just returning home today. I cannot say enough great things about the staff here! This is a very tough place to work, and to stay. It's not a Hyatt Regency! Having said that, the kindness, knowledge and helpfulness of the staff is beyond compare. Cannot say enough good about this facility. I’ve had family in several facilities and this one is one of the best! The facility is always clean & inviting. Our family really enjoyed the trick or treating event as well that the community was invited to!! Our interaction with Naomi Rowley is always excellent. Naomi is always friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable when we are in. It’s obvious she is very involved and cares about her job!! The staff is friendly and gives the place a personal touch.
I would like to nominate Heather the Administrator for her nurturing nature with the growth and development of not only the patients but also the employees. She truly cares for everyone in her building!
