Hayden came to service my septic system. He thoroughly checked my system and determined that it didn’t need servicing at this time. He did not charge for this. He was professional and knowledgeable. I will certainly use this company in the future, and highly recommend their services.

Five stars all around! Looks like Double JP Septic is consistently dependable, judging by the consistency of the five star reviews. (Except for Patty who seems to give a bad review to absolutely everyone she reviews, so apparently some people are just never happy. Find something else to do, Patty.)

Very timely response on my query. Owners are long time Elginites and it's always comforting to do business with other folks from Elgin. They were prompt, did the job well, and made suggestions on maintaining our septic system. The owners son(sorry, can't remember his name) was running their truck and I found out he went to high school with my son! Small world.
