I wanted to shout out a huge Thank you to the JLI team for helping solve a major issue with our HVAC system. Leon John spent many long hours troubleshooting a system he didn't even install. His continued efforts and years of experience, allowed him to find a bad wire that 2 other companies missed. Saving us thousands of dollars, by not having to buy a whole new unit, (which is what the other guys told us we needed). When the day does come to replace the unit, we'll be turning to the LJI Team to do the work. Thank you guys, you are awesome!
