Great experience. Just moved into a new house. Noticed something was off with the thermostat within a few days. Called Cannell air and they came out the same day and found the problem. They ordered parts and were back out to fix it. Whole process was smooth and everything was communicated in a way I could understand. Definitely would recommend their service! Thank you!
Cannell did an outstanding install job on the condenser unit. Jimi also went further in repairing furnace work poorly done by previous contractor. Air conditioner is working better and dehumidifying better then it ever has! Great group of professionals! Thanks
We bought a new house and our a/c had split zones that weren't cooling properly. We had a different a/c company come out to check it and they said the whole system needed to be replaced and quoted us $28k! Called James and they came out to check it out a couple of days later. They found that one of the sensors was faulty. Got it up and running within the hour and saved us our "28k"! Highly recommend. Very honest & trustworthy. Would use again.
