Dr. Otero and his entire McAllen office staff are so professional, kind and compassionate in their care. I looked forward to every appointment during my pregnancy as I always knew what to expect because he prepared me in advance. His nurses and MAs always took as much time as needed to ask and listen to my concerns and questions at every appointment. Very grateful for a healthy pregnancy and baby and appreciate all staff from reception to doctor and everyone in between always treating me with respect, kindness and urgency.
