Spring Nails

I went for a gel polish mani and pedi. I also chose a design from their own design choices for my middle finger's and big toe's. The design was not difficult. Very simple. I was obviously paired up with a very friendly and sweet young lady but it was obvious that she had just graduated from beauty school and lacked experience. I spent 3 and a half hours getting a "premium/ultimate pedi and mani" which I was charged $70 for each and then $10 for each design which I cut back to just 2 nails and my big toes due to the time it was taking and then she couldn't even do the advertised design and just put 3 white lines on the nails and then charged the full $10 cost for each "design ". Plus, she skipped a few steps that I had paid for that was listed in the "ultimate " versions of both the mani and pedi. If I had been told upfront that the girl was a junior technician (right out of school which she admitted to me) which meant she was slower due to lack of experience, that she hadn't practiced doing the designs they advertised on fake practice nails to be proficient, I would have been more than happy to pay a discounted price for a junior technician and then chosen no design but instead chose just a glitter polish instead and would have dealt with it. But a $180 plus tax for a bad service because she was not being mentored in any way, my nails were so misshapen that I literally had to cut my own natural long nails completely off when I got home, my cuticles on my toes were not properly done and the ones on my nails were cut off so bad that she cut me with the nippers to the point where I was bleeding TWICE! It was such an awful experience and I felt bad for the technician who kept going to the manager for help and was blown off and then the manager insisted that I be charged full price! I waited a half hour to be seated and then I spent 3 and a half hours uncomfortable while receiving inadequate service, being charged for things I didn't receive and then what I did receive was poorly executed to the point that I was injured twice and I had to go home and cut my nails off !! I will never return to this place again and I highly regret going there and I plead to anyone, save your nails, toenails and your money and stay clear of this place.

This place is alright-probably the most affordable nail place I’ve been to in the valley. But the manicurist is on her phone and does not talk to you & it takes too long. It took about three hours total. I did like the seating however and I had time that day luckily. But I’m not sure if I would revisit.

Had a very good experience at this salon. Was on vacation so actually picked this salon randomly. It was literally the best pedicure I have ever had (and I have had many pedicures). My feet came out very smooth and soft which lasted a long time. When traveling through Tx next year will go to this salon again. It was quiet the day I was there so service was punctual, professional and great value. Overall, EXCELLENT!!
