Today on 04/08/25 the driver from truck number #72 was in Laredo tx when driver came down of his truck and help two elderly ladies to cross the road may God bless you and protect you when you are out on the road

The pluses: Rolesa is a dependable company with an established reputation as reliable here in the valley. The owner, Ramiro, is accessible (most of the time) and is willing to listen to your concerns and suggestions. I am impressed with his attitude and willingness to work out things with the driver. Most of his employees are happy working there.
The company pays promptly and is transparent in that sense giving you a detailed sheet of deductions and miles. And the equipment is maintained in good working order though they can get backed up. Drivers fuel up in the yard which is convenient and saves both money and time.

Great place to work owner opened to any suggestions to make work place better for drivers paid on time had a slight hick up and was fixed immediately would definitely recommend them to anyone I know
