The last time I went to Nuestra clinica Del Valle in San Carlos I received such a nice welcome from the staff that I decided to let the world new what they’re missing for not going to the San Corlos clinic when they are sick. Ms. Alma Rodriquez was very understanding of my pain. When it was time to see Dr. McNeely, well you can not ask for anyone better than him to listen, pay attention to every detail of your well being. The best part about Dr. McNeely he speaks and write 3 languages, English, Spanish and French. My Grandfather retired in the Mercedes location as Head of his Dept. & the clinic. I recently felt ill and have relocated to Edinburg eager to get the exemplary care I had in Mercedes, I thought Edinburg would be similar. WRONG, DR. ANDREW MCNEELY was very rude, talking to me on speaker phone because "he was typing". I asked to be taken off speaker and he threatens me with, "I'm about to end this call, what is it you want me to do". I was appalled, and told him I would find a DR. that can help me. Go to Mercedes or somwhere else! The 1 star was for my Grandpa, not this Dr.

Dr. Good, but his assistant is a girl who has tattoos and I describe her because I don't know her name. She is a very rude person to answer. She gets desperate and just checks the time on her watch as if feeling pressured. I don't like it. nothing about his way of caring for patients.
