I appreciate this clinic because of the walk-in factor and the staff is very nice.. The only thing I don’t like is when you come to Get bravecyo Or other medicationthey make you stand in line with everybody else that’s waiting to be seen for medical. Which I don’t think is right ..why do I need to wait in line for an hour just to buy some heartworm medication. They should have a line for that.
Very professional and patient staff. My dog is a handful, and can test patience at time...but he's my bud, I love him. I thank the staff and doctors are well informed and took the necessary steps to get to the root causes of his issues and provide a solution.
It’s good like the is vet is good with checking the animals, just one thing that annoys me is the girl with white highlights the receptionist she’s rude as hell with all the customers and even asked an old woman who was talking Spanish and mind you she was talking Spanish to the old lady and said “hablas English?” Like she doesn’t speak Spanish and is rude also ? I recommend hiring people who speak Spanish and aren’t rude. Also hire people who want to work because it looks like she doesn’t want to be there.
