Lupita answered the phone and she booked me and my son for an appointment.I highly recommend for any newcomers to book an appointment. Lupita was thorough yet efficient and listen despite my poor Spanish. I was pleased with the haircut that she gave me and my son. She didn't need alot of directions which made the experience easy . She was patient with my 5 year old and was professional the whole time. Very reasonable prices to boot. Cheaper prices compared to national chains like Just A Cut.“
