I've bought several laptops from Chuck, they were all in perfect working order. He can remotely fix most technical issues without you having to leave the house. He replies in a timely manner, usually a couple of hours. His pricing is beyond reasonable. Ive been using his service and expertise for close to 10 years and I'll never go anywhere else for my technology needs.

Texted Chuck and he got right back to me. Nice gentleman. Helped me out on a day they weren't open due to my work schedule. He did all he good for my laptop, but sadly it was DOA. Explained everything and what not for me. Great prices as well and all in all a great experience.
