Extremely bad service, took my vehicle for a wash, wax, and interior clean. Left my vehicle at approximately 10am, they had no other cars ahead of me. I was td It would be a 2 hour job. Six hours later I went to pick up my vehicle and it hadn’t been touched. No explanation provided.
I should have read the review's on this place before going there.
If there was way to give them a negative star review I would.

They actually over charge me plus my vehicle was not clean properly the windows were wiped down with dirty racks plus my vents were not even clean and they charge me $120.00 dollars to clean a spark Chevy small. So I actually had to take it to Andy car wash and do it myself.

I spoke to someone over the phone because the staff on duty didn't speak English and asked how long it would take, which he replied at 6pm.. so I agreed and left it there(I left it there at 2:30pm). Fyi I'm on foot with my kids.. killed time and came back at 5:30pm n they didn't even touch my vehicle at all. I also asked if I could at least get a discount for the time I've wasted and he said no.. I came back a time before where I did set an appointment and the "owner" wasn't even there instead some guy told me he was just there to watch the place.. The place is dirty, understaffed, over priced and bad management. Do not bring your vehicles here.
