However, what can "chase" clients away is the appointment/billing staff without the dentist never knowing of their potential impact. I wish to share that Dr. Nickerson's staff is beyond exceptional and often (kindly ) reminds you of details you may have forgotten and also gives excellent suggestions to serve me better. When an operation such a this moves so smoothly, it's easy to forget how vital they are as the front-line. Dr. Nickerson's staff should have some type of super-hero-team name as far as I'm concerned. They are the stars.
Excellence is all areas. Great staff, give Dolly ( the dog ) a scratch. You would be hard pressed to find a more educated, skillful and gentle dentist ( and I do not like the from past experiences ). You Will walk out with a smile.
My daughter's family and my wife have used the services of Dr. Nickerson for quite a while now. I joined once my previous dentist retired. about 5-6 years ago. Staff at the front counter and checkout are always friendly and professional. The hygienists are friendly and professional. However sometimes can get a little too aggressive going after that stubborn stain...Dr. Nickerson is so pleasant and very zeroed in on your condition and recommendations. Overall, pretty pleased with my dental care here.
