I am with Right at Home in Home Care in Waxahachie TX. Ideal did a phenomenal job providing subfloor for a disabled senior amputee. This was less than desirable working conditions and the installers Eric and crew were kind, professional and very helpful. They knocked it out!!! Charity Cummings who helped coordinate all of this was wonderful.

Ideal Flooring as a company I will tell you about my experience thus far. My wife and I were quoted a price and told that was the total. Next the guy tried upselling us on an item that we were told was already covered in the quote. “That was a red flag for me” Well the guy stood on business and stayed with his quote. So the crew they sent was very professional well mannered and just all around pleasant to be around.
