I had a problem with just a piece of trim on my car but I swung by caliber and Duncanville and Mia was on the job lickety split. She did an outstanding job and help me more than I would ever imagine and went to the computer I got me an estimate right away! I broke down on 35 and had my truck towed over to this location. I could not recommend this location enough. The service is unmatched. From the beginning of the process to the end, I was informed of each step and was assured that my truck would get fixed. I cannot thank Mia and the entire team enough. Mia was AMAZING! She is fantastic at her job. I could go on and on about my experience here and Mia is an absolute rockstar. 10/10.

My experience with Caliber was amazing, specifically with the customer service I experienced with Jael. The process was smooth and seamless, I was well informed throughout the entire process, and each call or question was met with professionalism, kindness and empathy. My car looks and drives better than it did before the collision.
