I have complete confidence in Dr. Gerald Levy, but the practice itself has some challenges.I have a pacemaker which I monitor remotely and send data through an app to the practice. Dr. Levy said he had not received my data for the last two scheduled transmissions. I contacted the nurse who receives the data and she confirmed all data had been received but because through a glitch, it had not been uploaded to my chart. While all is well, in order for the physician to accurately assess a patient’s health he needs diagnostic data. I trust the technical issue will be resolved.
