Customers are highly satisfied with the quality of work and feel safe after the issues were resolved.
Very dependable, communicative and reasonably priced. We have had them out to our house for a couple different issues and they've always finished when they said they would with no surprises on the prices. Highly recommend!
I called yesterday with somewhat of an emergency with my kitchen sink. I had used them in 2021 for same sink- and this was for something else that went awry. At first they said they were booked until Wednesday (6 days out) and then the guy on phone, I believe his name was Paul, said I could text over some pictures of my issue. So they called me yesterday a few hours later saying they could come “now” but I wasn’t home so they came this morning at 8am. Basically my sink was falling down and was not properly set in the countertop (thanks Lennar Homes) and they completely reset and remounted my sink, braced with 2x4’s and sealed it and then repaired the pipes underneath....read full review
Outstanding responsiveness, repair, and rate! We had a plumbing emergency today - some contractors working inside the house punctured a line - and Sidney Cox had someone to us within a few hours. It’s now completely repaired and we have water again. Best if all, we could not believe how reasonable the bill was considering it was an emergency repair. Highly recommend!
