MBR is fantastic. Our experience was perfect. From the first phone call to them ,to the day they did our roof, they were complete professionals. They were very patient with both my wife and I. We had so many questions, changed our mind a few times on type of roof, and also color of shingles. During the day that they began the job, Marco came by the house at least three times to check on the progress of the job, and each time he asked if we had any questions. He also took the time to even get on the roof to watch the roofers. Their employees were also very excellent.The office Manager, Candace,was awesome and excellent about returning our calls. The roofers were prompt, very nice, and did an excellent job. We were also very impressed with how they cleaned up the premises before they left our home. They were very meticulous to make sure they cleaned up any trash, paper, nails, etc before they left our home. We would definitely use MBR Roofing again.
Excellent job start to finish. They responded to my initial inquiry for repair same day, and sent the owner out Saturday morning. The proposal was more than fair, and they were able to get to me the next week. Communication, timeliness, and price...what more could a home owner ask for. I will use them for any of my roofing repairs moving forward.
