Lewis Family Medicine and Urgent Care have been exceptional and always gone above and beyond for me and my husband. The staff is always so friendly & personable, the Providers know their stuff, and medications are always sent in in a timely manner.
My primary care provider wasn't available when I was having some pretty extreme post Covid symptoms. After some very frustrating interactions with my PCP's ancillary systems stuff, I finally went to this urgent care clinic. I was seen immediately. I got exactly what I needed and I'm on the mend now. I was out of there in 30 minutes or less. When I got to the car I thought of a question. I forgot to ask the provider and went back in. The receptionist Let him know and he was out in listened attentively answered my question and didn't seem at all put out by having to come see me. Both of the front desk people we interacted with were very personable and helpful. The nurse or technician who checked me in, was also personable and helpful.
So I visited this clinic with my family and when I got they're everything was fine the young lady at the from desk was very nice and a very pleasing person the np took us back and also was a hint of fresh air very nice explained everything and overall very pleased the lab the young man was very nice however when it was time to check out they're was a blonde lady very rude and just a overall bad attitude the staff was very nice but this person in particular is giving the clinic a bad vibe I am not the one to ever do these reviews but I was very disgusted by her over all attitude and vibe
