Contracted with Hill Country since 2010. Never late, never missed a required County or service inspection, complete report left after every visit, responded quickly to any call with problem requiring service and price is beyond fair. Consistently keep system to code as legal changes or additions are required. Love this company!Service: Waste recycling
What a shame. After being a customer for over 20 years, we accidentally let our contract lapse for two years (they sent two snailmail notices, no email, no calls) and when we realized it and called to reinstate, they said they are not taking on any "new" customers. The owner made that decision personally. Yes, I should read my mail.My bad. But, wow. So, I guess anybody who needs a contract with a wastewater service company shouldn't bother to call these folks.
Rapid response to my call this morning. Technician had all parts needed on hand for a quick fix and found another issue I was unaware of. Tech was friendly, helpful in educating me about my system, and answered all my questions about the system.
