After being a customer for almost 10 years, this company dropped our contract without notice. They claimed they left a voice mail on my phone on may 2023 but I checked all my phone records and there are no calls from them. Unreliable and disrespectful.

Been a customer for several years with no issues. Out of the blue they stopped coming and cancelled our contract. We did not receive any type of notification of the intent to cancel. Had our pump go out last night. This is when we learned they were no longer servicing our account. A heads up on this sure would have been nice.

Had them service my house for 10+ yrs no issues very reasonable with repair cost and all when needed. Then I had just stopped seeing them after multliple calls with no response finally someone picked up the phone in the office and was told they send me a renewal letter twice which I had never recieved so they cut off the contract. looking at some other reviews I think they are cutting down customers which is fine but the way are are going about it is not right. Should have just told me that they can't do my house anymore and that would have been straight forward and understandable rather than just making upi that a letter was sent to renew which is a clear lie.
