Absolutely had the best experience with ATX Trees and love that they are a local and family run business 🌳💚 They picked out the perfect tree for my yard, I t’s absolutely beautiful!! The crew that came out to do the install was amazing—on time, professional, fast, and really took their time to make sure everything was done well. I purchased 10 trees and had them planted by Albert. Two of those died. These were supposed to have a warranty. When I contacted him about the trees that needed to be replaced, he said “Let’s make sure they are really dead”. After that response he will not return my calls or texts. I would not recommend this company.
ATX is the best. Albert was extremely kind, well informed and thoroughly explained what we need to do in a simple to understand way, offered to return and fertilize the tree and pull the stakes for the trees planted two years ago by my home builder. They went above and beyond when installing our tree. Also, I’ve been unable to take care of my yard this past year due to a surgery and Albert gave me some great tips on getting my yard back under control. Tops in quality trees, customer service as well as offering a warranty on the tree.
