My pups and I had a wonderful first visit with Dr O'Gan this morning! Our vet of 15 years has recently semi-retired and changing to someone new has been a difficult decision. I am confident we made a great choice! The facility is new and beautiful, the staff has been wonderful (Nova and Claire) - from the first phone call to walking out after today's visit. Dr O'Gan was super nice, patient with me and great with my girls. I feel like he took the time to get to know us, understand my thoughts, feelings and concerns ... then shared his own honest opinions with me. That's a huge win in my book 🙂 I highly recommend Wildflower Animal Hospital and Dr O'Gan!
I was happy when Dr. O'Gan opened a clinic close by. His was professional and took the time to get to know our dog. He made him feel comfortable and before the end of the visit, our dog acted like they were life long friends. The staff was very friendly and seem to really love the work they do. We also had the pleasure of kenneling our dog there for the weekend. We are always nervous about leaving our dog but Dr. O'Gan took the time to listen to our concerns and made us feel at ease with leaving him. Their facilities are advertised as "luxury" and I have to agree. They were spacious and had access to both the inside and outside. Our dog felt right at home. When we picked him up, he wasn't his typical anxious self, he was relaxed and happy. We have found our forever vet. Thanks Dr. O'Gan!
