Our dream livingroom started with the need for storage and a wish to personalize our home to our tastes. A couple trips to home goods stores later and our initial need for storage became an idea to transform our room to a place we could really love to be in. I drew out my plans, met with several contractors, but ultimately decided on Mr. Vastine due to his professionalism, enthusiasm, and proven record. His pricing was competitive with other contractors but it was his overall pride in his work and crew and attention to detail that swayed us his way. We love the painting and woodworking that was completed but it was the fireplace that truly made the greatest impact, for us. Victor is a master at his craft, he was respectful of our space, timely, and cleaned the workspace throughout the day. He is a true professional and did amazing work on our fireplace. We enjoyed meeting with everyone we worked with but Victor, Cindy, and Charles were truly a pleasure to collaborate and work with. I called needed a contractor to correct the horrible work done by another contractor. Charles came over looked at everything that needed to be done he then gave me a professional quote and a deadline for the completion of the work. The team arrived as scheduled work started and completed on time. Charles was on site to check work progress (this wasn't done by that other contractor leading to crappy work). Once completed, the team cleaned up and all trash was taken away. On another situation, I contacted Charles Vastine about a leaking hot water heater. He was right there to assist with everything I needed!! I love his personable customer service. He stayed to make sure the work was done correctly, removed the old heater and the trash was also taken away. Vastine Remodeling is the ONLY contractor I will EVER trust with my home. He treats every project as if it's his own home, the quality of work is always excellent, his workers are always professional and very polite. Cindy is just a gem!! She is always there to help and is a priceless project asset!! If you need work done Vastine Remodeling is the best and only contracting company for the job!!!!
